Lay your holes out as accuately as possible. Use a Dremel tool to slightly slot your holes. Then a 3" long piece of plastic miked to the exact thickness you desire is slid in between the copper pipes. The pipes are pushed together until they both touch the long plastic "feeler guage". Finally, the 1/4 inch brass bolts are tightened and the plastic is removed. Perfect parallel gap the length of the tube.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know any tricks as fare as drilling the pipe sections and pvc pipe so that the segments are evenly spaced and plumb
inside the pvc when bolted in.
