So how many of those do you have to loose before you scrap them all and move
to the 942's
VAC and Cap are only two of the several things you need to select for.
Since you don't know how much the 942's would cost, find out first and then
make your plans.
There is a __reason__ that people have settled on the 942's rather than any
other cap.

But, the thing is that for anything high uF (My coil is .015) those
caps (940C30S33K-F) seem to be chapest because they have a high VAC
rating as well as a good capacitance so, it cuts costs down
much. The caps needed for .015uF of the 940C30S33K-F cost only a
little over $100. I dont know how much the 942's would cost.

The end attachments to the plates are not as robust as the 942
series. As a result, the Ipeak spec is lower. If you have the specs
for the two series, you should compare the Ipeak, Irms, ESR, Vac, and
Vdc specs. I only have the 942 specs.
