RE: high potential energy discharge pulse duty capacitors

I have no technical opinion or expertise on the subject, but I'm curious
why you chose PE over PP as the dielectric.  While both choices have low
dissipation factors and similar dielectric constants, your choice seems
contrary to what is the norm for commercial pulse caps.  Doesn't PP fare
better at high temperatures?  PE seems to be used mostly in DIY caps,
probably for reasons of cost & availability.
