You could also consider using just 12 kV.  Most coils really like the 
current and do not really require the extra 3 kV.  A pair of 12 kV 60 mA 
nsts in parallel would get you to your goal.  It would match a .03 uF cap 
value.

With this data you can use JAVATC ver. 11 to get a near perfect coil design 
the very first time.   Use a 12 inch dia. sec coil with about 1,200 turns on 
it.  56 inch winding length.  #20 AWG 150 C. magnet wire.  24 x 6 inch 
toroid size.
