There would be no force on the bag to begin with....but it would lose momentum for sure if it were leaking....the only way it would exert force is if it were to collide with another object.


Friction cause energy to be lost from the system,
all the other forms of energy are conserved. The
units for C, namely kg/s,   suggest a leak of
mass. Like a sandbag loosing sand as it is tossed
across a room. By the time the sandbag gets
across the room it could be nearly empty and have
very little effective force left.
