   Indeed.   Many things can store more than one 'thing'.
   eg, consider a tank of compressed air, to continue the
   the mechanical analogy.  This tank stores air, as the
   capacitor, ot ballon surfce, stores charge.  That stored
   air has energy, by virtue of its pressure.  The parallel
   is quite exact.
