We run the 10 kVA units in Tesla duty service at 25 kVA with no problems. 
The oil provides the extra cooling required.  Pole xmfrs are rated for 
continuous duty outdoors at temps of 130 degrees F. --- like Phoenix, AZ, at 
112 right now, going to 115 on Thurs.
