Try injecting some oil with a small (diabetics needle) needle and then seal with epoxy.

If it's low, ie, below the plates keep the cap upright. Shining a strong light thru the transluscent case may help you to determine oil level.

Everybody,
I have a maxwell pulse capacitor, which I use for my 6-in coil. It seems to work just fine, but I have noticed that it leaks a small amount of oil (just a tiny bit, barely noticeable). Is this really bad, or perfectly normal? Should I place the capacitor in a bath of oil to prevent further leakage? Thanks.
