I had originally fabricated a reb fiberglass disc and IIRC, I turned the original fiberglass disc on the hub and trimmed the outer periphery of the disc while it was attached to the hub. [snip]
Ah, cool, thanks David, that sounds like a decent enough strategy. I also did the "pie slice" method of determining arc seperation for my flying electrodes, which worked out well enough.
