If each capacitor = 1.6kvdc @ 150nF 
You will need 27 for 43,200Vdc rating per string
150nF/27=~5.6nF each string of 27
you will need 3x27 capacitors for around 15nF 
 
--- personally I use 1.6kv 680nF CDE942C series. They are overbuilt and well worth it.
If you used one string of 27 capacitors, you would have a 27nF cap @ 43.2Kv for less $$!
