I might envision 2 coarsest-available-pitch blades mounted orthogonally, to maximize the ratio between closest and farthest-away, of the teeth.

As I've been attempting only solid-state, what do I know? But, has
anyone tried using a carbide-tipped table-saw blade as one electrode of
a RSG? Perhaps another such blade could be used as the other electrode,
with rotations synchronized, of course.
