Re: [TCML] Yet another NST Depotting Topic

250mA output from a 30mA NST? That is certainly into saturation at that point not to mention one very HOT NST.
Take care,

Those of you who have been following my topics so far will not be surprised
to hear that I have depotted yet another NST. With five NSTs under my belt
I can confidently say that I've got this down to a science. I can knock
one
out in just a few hours with little mess.

The transformer I just depotted is a a 277V 15/30 Franceformer. Does
anyone
have an opinion on what the most current I can pull out of this is? I'll
be
putting it under oil or potting it in wax, I haven't decided yet.
