Secondary resonance looks like a shorted impedance, therefore current
draw will be maximum (brightest)
Primary resonance (parallel) looks like a high impedance, therefore
current draw will be minium (dimmest)

You really dont' need to build anything if you have an audio oscillator
(such as HP200) or other function / signal generator.

Am I right that if we build this, then we set it on the secondary first
to get the brightest LED / lowest frequency - then apply it to the
primary and adjust the tap to get the same brightness on the LED?
