Hi Phil,

I measure about 21pF across them which matches the data sheet for the 300V devices. I can't imagine that would hurt anything. The energy storage is 1uJ which is nothing. The RC time constant is 21uS which is vastly faster than the 60 Hz AC. As the coil is firing, they are all shorted out so they should not have any effect then.
