Of course, the answer to your question depends mainly on your conscience ;->  Two of those in series would be fine, though.  You certainly wouldn't be the first to get a couple of lower-voltage pigs and series 'em; I think that was Richard Hull's setup, even (two 7200V pigs in series).

Of course, if they're really big and you only have room for one, then yes, 7600V is kind of low.
