[TCML] Winding a secondary?

What is an acceptable method of connecting a continuation of the wire 
for a secondary coil? example: I have a spool of 19ga magnet wire and 
say I get 70% of the winding complete and I run out of wire, well I have 
more of the same on another spool . I would rather buy enough wire for 
the entire wind but I would like to use what I have.

Any Thoughts?
