RE: [TCML] NST Terry filter



Oh, I forgot that I have a couple of hundred 50 Ohm 3W resistors lying around, so a simple assembly would do I guess. But out of curiosity, if push comes to shove, would a salt water resistor do the job? Or would it's characteristics deviate markedly at high voltages? And what about a resistor made from nichrome wire submerged under water for heat dissipation?
