I agree with Dex that a 20ma HV transformer will probably not kill
you.  In my early coiling days I was bitten by a 7kv/30ma NST across
the chest.  Talk about a wake up call!!!  I was fine but shocked, and
unfortunatly my hair wasn't standing on end.
