How did you arrive at .5µF as the size for your tank cap?  I'm just curious,
as this sounds a little low for 2400A (if that's what you'll be running).
I'd expect the tank cap to be nearly double that size for 2400A (~1µF).
Making the cap larger also reduces the amount of time it will take to ring
up to 2400A, which is more efficient, and less stressful on your bridge.
Increasing the capacitance will also lower the voltage requirement for the
capacitor.
