Hi
Smaller secondary.
Tapable flat primary with bare copper turns on plastic supports.
Edgeless topload.
Better primary cap (no ceramic, sorry)
Multiple spark gap with hollow copper electrodes

The 10 kV @ 23 mA can do more.
