Hi Miles,

It get a bit more complicated when talking about the EMI filter and frankly
I forgot about that in my reply.  I have a web page in this very topic -
http://www.laushaus.com/tesla/emifilter.htm  Yes, the green wire should be
used for the EMI filter; just make sure the filter is hooked up in the
correct direction, as described on my web page.
