NO WAY.

Metallic paint isn't flexible for one... You run the risk of hairline
cracks or 'opens', and guess where the electron flow is gonna go next???
Also, most 'metallic paint' really ISN'T CONDUCTIVE. The stuff that is,
isn't flexible at all when dry. It's used for RFI shielding on hard
surfaces.
