RE: [TCML] Bagain on list again - with new VTTC videos

Hi Carlos,

The stereo coils are 4MHz Class E mosfet driven (IRF630) running from a
50VDC supply rail. Rhe voltage across the Class E mosfet is approx. 175V
peak, and the audio section is a Class A pre-amp, running another IRF630 in
linear mode, biased to about 35V. I will provide a technical walkthrough in
the first video run, like I have for the VTTC.

Hopefully this Saturday coming, I'll have some decent enough video of them
running to put a video together! Hope I can catch the stereo imaging on
film!

There were some unique issues with getting a stereo pair working. I'll
discuss these in a further post after I put the videos up.

Best Regards,
Ian

Hi Ian,
I'll look forward to seeing the stereo coils running, be sure to send us
the link.
Will you be making the technical details available?
You mentioned an 833C coil... Is your stereo coil also valve driven, or
electronic?

Kind regards,

Carlos
