RE: [TCML] DRSSTC and targets to strike



Hello steve, I recently tried it my self.  I put a grounded 24" x 24" grid about 25" from my DRSSTC and just let the thing rip.  My scope, unless it was induction interference, was showing I was running 800A.  I question if it was fake, induced fields from the primary.  With an induction setup, I made the OCD kill out at 700A. But the scope was showing full-view 800A.  Im sure it was due to fake inductance, but I'll invest.  Other than that, I did a decent run on a grounded object and things didnt blow up.  I included a video link below to my test, it went fine for my largest test yet, Was sure nice and loud for my first ever DRSSTC.  The primary was not tune at all, I just randomly stuck a tap in and powered it.
