Re: [TCML] Why air-core?



Why not use this transformer to power a classical Tesla Coil??? At 20KHz,
even though it would take a very small primary cap, you'd have near-CW
operation!!! Sounds like you would need to make the 20KHz front-end driver
for the transformer though.

Would also make a killer Jacob's Ladder too!
