[TCML] TOROID, polished or sanded

In my experience its never really made a difference.
Are you saying your already havea  commercially spun toroid?  They are pretty smooth already.

THere might be a difference between a homemade toroid and commercial spun, but I doubt you'll see any difference between
a standard and polished commercially spun toroid.  Of course it will look shinier!
