[TCML] capacitors

I doubt the MMC caps will withstand the peak currents in a 200 J Tesla 
oscillator.  It would be pushing them to and slightly beyond their limit ---  
might work for awhile, but when failures begin to occur you end up replacing 
the entire cap bank.
