[TCML] Tesla Coil Output Hazards, Skin Effect?

Clive,
Having witnessed more than one UNFORTUNATE incident involving a kid and a
Tesla coil, I say NEVER let any child close to an operating Tesla
coil--especially within striking range--period.
Also, there are environmental compatibility factors related to the probable
existence of longitudinal electromagnetic energy waves, and unanswered
questions about the ability of biological systems to safely absorb them.
