[TCML] Nee recommendation for a SRSG motor arbor

Another question about these, how does it secure to the shaft?  I don't see any set screws or mechanism to tighten it.

I used one of these in the ARSG of my Green Monster coil to
secure the disc to the shaft of my DC motor.
