[TCML] MIT Wireless Energy Transfer Mentioned In EPE

A fairly realistic assessment of the work by Soliacic, et al appears in the 
November 2007 edition of EVERYDAY PRACTICAL ELECTRONICS.  The article is 
"Witricity: Is Tesla's Dream Coming True?" in TECHNO-TALK by Mark Nelson. 
In addition to Soliacic's use of the induction method, the article also 
mentions the Tesla system as described in SYSTEM OF TRANSMISSION OF 
ELECTRICAL ENERGY, Sept. 2, 1897, U.S. Patent No. 645,576, Mar. 20, 1900 ( 
http://www.tfcbooks.com/patents/system.htm ).  The author also mentions our 
own Ed Phillips as a person more qualified than he to discuss the 
feasibility of the Tesla global energy transmission system.  This is a step 
in the right direction.
