Does SA stand for Southern Australia or the more common "South America"?

Even in the US where there are lots of coilers, we are still often 
thousands of miles to the next coiler. So, it's lonely in the field of 
coiling (unless you happen to have another coiler in your town which I 
don't). Most of us are pretty much on our own regardless of what country 
we reside in.
