[TCML] Primary support CAD files

Hi,
 
I'm just about to draw up a plan for the primary coil supports in Visio - is there any software out there that can do this for me already?
 
I'm looking for something I can print out and attach to the plastic - or better still produce a vector file for my buddy's CNC routing table...
