[TCML] using larger secondary wire for the base

Hey Scott
On my BIGPIG Coil ( secondary) I have about 40 turns of #10 THHN solid
copper on the lower end. I terminate the secondary to an RF ground via a
thru wall insulator ( home made) going below the "deck" of the setup.
