The glass fiber reinforcement used for G10 is definitely colorless.
The color of epoxy resin is yellow before curing, and after curing it becomes yellowish. That is the reason of yellowish color of G10.
I hope to find out the advise what kind of dye should be added to achieve this light green colour. It is not difficult to obtain bright green color, as for the PCB, but not this light grayish green color.
In Europe the yellowish G10 and G11 is widely used, but not so in North America. The color does not improve the properties of the material, yet
there is some preferences to use pale green color.
I am still hope to find the answer...
