[TCML] Fear Factor

Hi Jim,

That was one of the KVA Effects Tesla coils. Although
the sparks appear to be eminating from well below the 
toroid, they are in fact coming from a breakout point
well above the toroid because the coil was mounted
upside down from the ceiling. Jeff Parisse alerted the
TCML to this Fear Factor episode about a week be-
fore it aired a year or two back.
