[TCML] Desighning and Tuning a DRSSTC Primary

We have a 4 x 22 inch secondary and are trying to design the primary.  Then tune it.  We are a planning on a vertical primary using 1/4" copper tubing. With a 8-9" diameter. Our secondary is has a freq.330Khtz Are we in the looking good? Any help would be helpful.
