[TCML] Wisconson tesla-fest

as usual we will be serving up some nice food (helps cover the expense).

I have not yet heard if Steve and Jeff will be bringing up their neat
musical coils.

Hope to demo my 16 kV 350 mA current limited transformers --- if we can get
the cores in time.

I have a 8 kVA large coil I will be running.  Others will haul their coils
in.

if the weather is good it should be fun.  knock on wood, we have never had a
"rain-out" in the past 5 years.
