[TCML] Tesla Patent , coil connected to antenna

I am interested in to have a transmitter which will used for 40 meters cw .
I asked many questions to groups and i found a tesla patent list at
internet.
When I looked to them , I found tesla have constructed antenna to  coil
connected transmitters.
How can I make a coil and a antenna to help me transmit cw at 40 meters band
legal ?
What is the specification list , part list and the schematic ?
