Sorry, what is going to be lower by an order of magnitude?

My Tesla coil doesn't have a primary capacitor and the break rate is the
same as its resonant frequency.  It works just fine; just saying. G.P.

Gary,

It is going to be lower by an order of magnitude. Power transfer in a 
Tesla coil requires both ringdown and cap recharge.  :-)
