[TCML] comment about new coilers

Hi All,

One could come to the conclusion Frank came to on Miles posting due to
the wording. But I've talked with Miles on several occasions and enough
to know this was not his intention. He is simply saying that the best
way to learn is experience. Any type of help will of course get in the
way of that experience to some degree, but then that is always up to the
individual and is probably just a sign of the times due to the
communication between humans available today. This is all Miles was
attempting to get across (and he's right). This situation is a reality
these days, and it's a worthwhile discussion that deserves it's own
subject line (hint ;-) ).

Take care,
Bart
