[TCML] On grounding, secondary base, and baffle gluing.

I was thinking, one way to get the benefits of both  might be to make a 
secondary form by gluing stacks of pipe and solid disks  together. Kind of 
"cup-saucer-cup-saucer-cup". :) 
    The winding could be continued across the disks by  a tiny hole drilled 
through the disks at a radius equal to that of the outside  of the tube. 
Stagger the disk holes diametrically opposite each other. And seal  the holes after 
the winding has passed through them. 
    I've seen this method used on a high voltage  resistor, where the 
multilayer windings were fine of nichrome wire, and the  form was a one-piece plastic 
spool.
