[TCML] strike rails

Hi Matt and everyone else who replied,
Thank you very much for you input. I'm still not sure as to whether or not 
I'll put one on, but the other day while running the coil I watched as one 
of the streamers crept downward and latched onto the primary tap cable for a 
moment. It was one of those slow motion moments that was probably over in 
half a second, but it got me wondering as to whether or not I should put one 
on. ( No ill affects noted during or afterwards) I was trying a different 
top load at the time. If I stick to my sphere with a breakout point on top, 
I don't think I'll have to worry too much about strikes like that.
