Hi Steve,

Yes I have and it works excellent!!!!  Here is a good link for it.

last year at the TESLATHON in rochester NY at Ed Wingates place.  I used
this same tuning method for my very first VTTC and it was on the money day
one.  It saved a tremendous amount of time and agrivation trying to cut and
fit the primary to match the secondary frequency.  Hope this helps.
