[TCML] capacitors

i was wondering 2 things
  first, i have recenty run accross a 35 kv .03 uf pulse capacitor for 99.00
  would it be better to use one like this or to use mmc combination ?
  not sure but looks to me that it will cost about the same.please correct me if i'm wrong.

  secondly, as for spark length on javatc i get the same results with a nst 7.5/60 as i do
  with a 15/30
