you will have the same energy/power with 7.5kv x 60ma (7500v x 0.06a = 
450w) as you do with 15kv x 30ma  (15000v x 0.03a = 450w) hence why the 
spark lenght is the same you will however need a different coil setup to 
be able to transfer said power
