[TCML] Variac

Look up "step start" in reference to a power supply, almost all ham radio
amps and power supplies  have a step start due to the large filter
capacitors. You will find many ideas to work with what you may already have
in your "junk box". If you have a electronics surplus store handy you can
find a short time delay starting relay for a dollar or two that would work.

Hi.

Although this is a nice description it would be nice with a schematic 
as I am a little
curious of how to wire the A1 and A2 connections(the relay winding) 
of the contactor
in this setup.
