[TCML] pole pigs from Gustav

Hello all:

I have reviewed all of your responses and have decided that it just isn't
worth the trouble
at this point in time.

#1:  the voltage (7620) is a bit low

#2  The pigs are large, 15KVA and bigger

#3  not worth getting in trouble over

#4  most are damaged and leaking oil, broken bushings, etc.

#5  need to recruit help to procure, storage problem

But.... I found some big muthas today.... did not check em out yet,
maybe 75KVA?  air cooled fins. will look closer
