[TCML] VDGRF belts

If anyone is contemplating a Van de Graaff design, I have 3 specially Teflon
formulated belts (extras from old projects).  New in bag --- never used).
They deliver max charge to the HV terminal.  I spray lower pulley at 7 kV
DC, 800 uA.

Sizes are 2 pc --- 103" x 6"  and 1 pc --- 80" x 6"  (larger size is total
circumference of the belt)  We usually use a 3" "stretch factor" to get the
proper pulley spacing and
tension on the belt.
