I was wondering about that.   The phase lead introduced
by the L-loaded CT, will this not reduce as TC resonant
frequency goes up?  I mean, say, a 5 degree lead will be
fewer uS at 200kHz than at 100kHz, for example.

I suppose that, once adjusted, it is adequate for the
normal range of operating frequency for that coil.
