[TCML] Inverter duty HV diodes, 16knz+, 8Kv

Hi All,

 

Does anyone know of a good source of say 12kv >16Khz fast diodes @ 300 -
400ma forward current? I want to experiment with Panasonic MOIV (new
anachronism) charging? Using a standard Panasonic 4KV MOIV can be multiplied
into the >35KV range with a half wave or full wave doubler circuits @ 35 ma
out which is cool for HV capacitor charging.
